Whisk together and place aside for the batter to set up and get thicker for 15 minutes.\u00a0Meanwhile, cut the bread into six slices.\u00a0When the batter is thicker, whisk again.<br \/>\nHeat 2-3 tablespoons coconut oil in a pan over medium high heat until hot.\u00a0Dip the bread into the batter and place in the pan to pan fry.
