In one bowl, mix all the dry ingredients &#8211; oat and buckwheat flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. In the second bowl mix all the wet ingredients &#8211; eggs, sweet potatoes, olive oil, plant-based milk, crushed garlic and onion. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix thoroughly. Pour the batter into the baking dish, covered with baking paper. You can form the flatbread in circles or spread it all over the baking tray. Bake 30-40 min.<\/p>\n<p>When the flatbread is done, allow it to cool slightly and serve with one of the suggested toppings.
