Tisti, ki se ne \u017eelimo &#8220;mastiti&#8221; s \u0161kodljivimi krofi si jih lahko privo\u0161\u010dimo na malo bolj zdrav na\u010din. \u017dal jih sama ne bom uspela ustvariti, saj, kot se spodobi za ta \u010das, u\u017eivam v debelih knjigah in \u010dudovitem izpitnem obdobju. Spodnji recepti so tudi inspiracija \u010darovni\u0161ke Savine Atai, ki nas \u017eenske pravkar spravlja v tisto popolno stanje.<\/p>\n<h2>Presni krofi<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>350 g indijskih ore\u0161\u010dkov<\/li>\n<li>100 g makedamija ore\u0161\u010dkov<\/li>\n<li>100 g kokosove moke<\/li>\n<li>2 \u010dajni \u017eli\u010dki vanilije<\/li>\n<li>1 \u0161\u010depec himalajske soli<\/li>\n<li>20 g eko surovega masla ali kakavovega masla<\/li>\n<li>4 velike \u017elice sladkorja iz nektarja kokosovih cvetov ali 4 velike \u017elice agavinega sirupa<\/li>\n<li>2 veliki \u017elici 100% marmelade iz marelic ali pa presni \u010dokoladni preliv<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vse sestavine za maso zblendamo v na\u0161em blenderju. Oblikujemo v krofke in s prstom v sredini naredimo izdolbinico, kjer bomo dali marmelado ali \u010dokolado. Nato samo zblendajte v pasto)<\/li>\n<li>1 \u017eli\u010dka vanilije<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 \u017elice cimeta<\/li>\n<li>malo ingverja<\/li>\n<li>1 \u010dajna \u017eli\u010dka mu\u0161katnega ore\u0161\u010dka<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 skodelice javorjevega sirupa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zblendajte kokos, bu\u010dna semena, chio in lucumo v moko. Dodajte irski mah. Na koncu pa dodajte \u0161e vse ostale sestavine. Krfo bodo malo bolj lepljivi, a ni\u010d hudega. Medtem penasto stepete rumenjake in preostali sladkor. Dodamo \u0161e stopljeno maslo, 2 \u017elici olja, rum, limonino lupinico in preostalo vro\u010de mleko. Zgnetite in pustite nekaj \u010dasa po\u010divati. Ko se testo malo dvigne, ga razvaljajte na cca 1 cm in s kozarcem ali modelom izre\u017eite krofe. Polo\u017eite jih na pomokano osnovo, iz ostankov sproti delajte obliko\u00a0in\u00a0 pokrijte da vzhaja na dvojno debelino. Segrejte ma\u0161\u010dobo, vzhajane krofe obrnite in dajte v vro\u010do ma\u0161\u010dobo, pokrij za 1 min.
