So I baked muffins, yes healthy muffins \ud83d\ude09 Instead of flour I used almond pulp and instead of sugar, Agave syrup&#8230; Here is the recipe for helthy almond pulp chocolate muffins.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.teresamisu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/IMG_3764.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-2458\" src=\"https:\/\/www.teresamisu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/IMG_3764.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.terezaschoice.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/IMG_3764.png 800w, https:\/\/www.terezaschoice.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/IMG_3764-480x320.png 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>INGREDIENTS<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup almond pulp*<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup Agave syrup<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp real Vanilla<\/li>\n<li>4 tbsp melted coconut oil<\/li>\n<li>4 eggs<\/li>\n<li>200ml almond\/rice\/oat\/coconut\/soy milk<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp baking powder<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp of raw chocolate powder<\/li>\n<li>pinch of Himalayan salt<\/li>\n<li>(I added strawberries and raisins, but you can also add banana, berries etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>*Blend a cup of almonds with 2 cups of water, squeeze it through a dry kitchen towel.
