Bring to the boil, and then turn down the heat. Simmer until the fruit turns soft.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h2>Topping<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/4 cup almond pulp<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup desiccated coconut<\/li>\n<li>3tbsp coconut oil<\/li>\n<li>bashed up nuts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<div>Preheat the Oven to 180\u00b0C<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Mix the topping in a large bowl with hands.\u00a0Spoon the fruit filling in to a baking dish and then cover with the topping.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Put in to the oven and bake until golden.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h2>Raw Coconut Yoghurt<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1.5 cups of young coconut meat taken from about 2 young thai coconuts<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/4 cups coconut water<\/li>\n<li>1 t probiotic powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Blend coconut meat and coconut water in high speed blender until completely smooth.\u00a0Pour mixture into bowl and fold in 1 t of probiotic powder until combined well.\u00a0Place mixture in glass container with lid and place in dehydrator for 3-6 hours on 100\u2032F to incubate. You will be able to tell if your probiotics work, if your yoghurt has a fluffier consistency than prior to incubation. Add Vanilla or Raspberries for a Berry Yogurt.
