This was the first Birthday Cake I made and it turned out just simple deliciousness. For today I&#8217;m posting a simple not a fancy recipe &#8211; Raw Almond Butter Cups. Only four ingredients? Hell yeah! This recipe will impress even the full on junk food-worshiping brother (trust me I know!). And no blender needed, hip hip hurray!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.teresamisu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/MG_4576.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-3735\" src=\"https:\/\/www.teresamisu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/MG_4576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.terezaschoice.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/MG_4576.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.terezaschoice.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/MG_4576-480x320.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Chocolate<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 cup Cacao Powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup Cacao Butter or Coconut oil<\/li>\n<li>1\/6 cup preferred liquid sweetener (like date syrup, agave syrup, maple syrup, coconut nectar, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mix together the ingredients until smooth. If you want you can add salt, cinnamon, maca, berry powders, nutmeg, chili, ginger, etc. Pour about 1 teaspoon of the liquid chocolate into the bottom of 8 cupcake papers, or at least enough to cover the bottoms. Put in the freezer for 5 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.<\/p>\n<h2>Filling<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>10 teaspoons Almond Butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Scoop 1 teaspoon of almond butter onto each chocolate base, then cover with the remaining liquid chocolate.
