A Quinoa Bowl is super easy and super quick to make!<\/p>\n<h2>PESTO<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 avocado<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 large handfuls of fresh spinach<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/4 cup pine nuts<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">15 fresh basil leaves<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 large garlic clove<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">juice from half a lemon<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">\u00bd tsp salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.<\/p>\n<h2>QUNIOA BOWL<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup quinoa<\/li>\n<li>1 red bell pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 zucchini<\/li>\n<li>1 leek<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>fresh rosemary<\/li>\n<li>fresh thyme<\/li>\n<li>salt\/pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Always soak and rinse your quinoa. Cook 1 cup of quinoa in 2 cups of salted water. In a separate pan saut\u00e9 your veggies and add\u00a0your herbs.
