Yes please!<\/p>\n<p>Every ingredient is completely up to you, here is my basic smoothie bowl.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.teresamisu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/MG_7591_1-copy.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6088\" src=\"https:\/\/www.teresamisu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/MG_7591_1-copy.jpg\" alt=\"_MG_7591_1 copy\" width=\"800\" height=\"420\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.terezaschoice.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/MG_7591_1-copy.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.terezaschoice.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/MG_7591_1-copy-480x252.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/4 ripe avocado (optional)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 medium ripe bananas,\u00a0frozen<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 handfuls spinach<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 handful kale<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk (oat, almond, rice or coconut)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 Tbsp almond butter<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 scoop of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.super-hrana.si\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sunwarrior protein powder <\/a>(optional)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tsp <a href=\"http:\/\/www.super-hrana.si\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">green probiotic powder<\/a>\u00a0(optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Toppings<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>toasted coconut<\/li>\n<li>tahini<\/li>\n<li>honey<\/li>\n<li>berries\/apple\/banana<\/li>\n<li>chia<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.teresamisu.com\/sugar-free-granola\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">granola<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.super-hrana.si\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">goji berries<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Blend all your ingredients until smooth.\u00a0Divide between 2 serving bowls and top with desired toppings.
