In another bowl, mash the bananas, melted coconut oil, almond milk, vinegar and water mixture of flaxseed. Stir and add the wet to the dry ingredients. Mix again and pour into the prepared cake tin. Bake for 45\u201350min at 180 \u00b0C. Allow the cake to cool completely. In the meantime, make the glaze\/ganache.<br \/>\nHeat the coconut milk and add the chocolate. When it\u00a0thickens, add the peanut butter. Mix well.<br \/>\nDivide the cake in half and coat with extra peanut butter if you want, and then with the ganache. Place the top of the cake and brush again with the ganache\u00a0over the entire cake. Put it in the fridge to solidify.
