I know I\u2019m a day behind with my Matthew Kenney Level 2 recap. I\u2019ve been having issues with changing apartments, but finally I found the most gorgeous place to stay that is not far from the school. I can\u2019t even tell you how many freaky people I have encountered here in less than 2 months, but it all ended well. I found a cozy bed with five (yes five!) fluffy pillows and I feel calm. So here we go recap of day 4 from level 2.<\/p>\n

We have made by far my favourite recipe! Green curry kelp noodles, oh my gosh, those were really out of this universe. And I think I have a confession to make\u2026 I realized, or rather convinced myself, that if I\u00a0wasn\u2019t fed\u00a0every two hours my blood pressure would go down the drain, giving way to faintness and the spins. When my hunger strikes it\u2019s like a catastrophe is happening and the paramedics would find me with an\u00a0unsuccessfully half open raw bar clutched in the palm of my hand, \u201cwe are too late\u201d they say to themselves.<\/p>\n

I really don\u2019t know where I got that from, but since the rumbling tummy started making noise every 2-3 hour I have always carried around an raw healthy snack pack or two or three in my purse.<\/p>\n

Is that weird?<\/p>\n

Well now I have the problem that I\u2019m always snacking in school. We prepare these delicious dishes and there is almost always left overs\u2026 I know, they told us a million times, you just need a taste, you don\u2019t need to eat everything! But you know what they say: once you pop you just can\u2019t stop!<\/em><\/p>\n
