Raw Chocolate Mousse


A quick Birthday mousse for a special lady 🙂 This was a double dessert after dinner. Raw Chocolate Mouse with a Peanut Butter swirl.


  • 400ml coconut milk/cream or almond/rice/hemp/soy milk
  • 5 pitted medjool dates
  • 1 cup raw soaked cashews (I added peanuts)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp raw cacao powder


  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp rice malt syrup/agave or any other sweetener

Blend all ingredients into a blender and pour into bowls. With a spoon add the peanut butter swirl. Place in fridge and leave to set.
