Raw Salted Caramel Iced Coffee


Summer is still here in New Zealand and I was feeling super creative! Of course it's hot and you have to cool down, but you wan't a kick as well, like coffee! The answer... Raw salted caramel iced coffee. This recipe is just heaven and you have to try it if you are a big coffee drinker! Creamy, sweet and pure joy to have after lunch.

  • Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3 Tbsp raw salted caramel (recipe below)
  • double shot of coffee
  • 1 tsp maca powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp lucuma or coconut sugar
  • Raw Salted Caramel
  • 1/2 cup dates
  • 1 Tbsp cacao butter (melted) or coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp tahini (optional)

First make the caramel, so blend everything in your high speed blender. Next use 3 Tbsp of that caramel (more if you want it sweeter) and blend it together with the rest of the ingredients. Pour in your glass with ice. To get a marble look first just blend the milk with all of the ingredients except the coffee. Add the coffee last in the glass. Enjoy!
