This yummy coconut granola is made without sugar and inspired by Sarah Wilson of the I quit sugar programme. It’s super crunchy and the best I did so far!
Recipe
- 5 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup Quinoa (optional)
- 3 cups coconut flakes
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- Vanilla
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 cups almonds, cashews, pecans, walnuts, pepitas roughly chopped
- pinch of salt
- 4 tbsp raw Cocoa (optional)
- 2 ripe bananas – mashed
- 3 tablespoons rice malt syrup or any sweetener you prefer (optional)
