Fruit Free Bliss Balls

Many of you have asked me, how can you do fruitless bliss balls, since they are mostly with dates which are a caloric bomb. So here they are, no dried fruit in these, but still delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds (or any other nut)
- 1 cup oats (or quinoa flakes)
- 1/4 cup ground linseed
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons rice malt syrup
- 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder (I use Sunwarrior)
- pinch sea salt
- 2/3 cups nut butter (peanut butter or almond butter will do)
- 2-3 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk or rice milk
- desiccated coconut (for decorating)
