It is as important for a woman to have beautiful perfume as it is for her to have beautiful clothes. So the other day we found ourselves in a world that smells absolutely divine right in the centre of Ljubljana. We visited Kino Dvor where there was a presentantion of the new Givenchy perfume called Dahlia Noir.
They say that it embodies elegance and style of the couture brand under the leadership of its creative director Riccardo Tisci. The perfume is presented as a “Fatal Flower” of unreal and imaginative composition for mysterious and fascinating women.
You scent top notes of mandarin, pink pepper and mimosa lead to the extensive and intensive core of rose, iris and patchouli. The base wraps up the composition in a mysterious veil, made with notes of sandalwood, vanilla and tonka bean. The nose behind this fragrance is Francois Demachy the great perfumer of them all.
