For these easy healthy summer popsicles you only need a blender. First blend the yogurt, banana and vanilla. In the popsicle mold pour the yogurt mixture only by half. Clean the blender and add your strawberries and agave (I’ve added a bit of rhubarb as well) and blend again. Pour the strawberry mixture onto the yogurt mixture. With a toothpick make swirls. On top you can sprinkle a bit of cacao nibs or chopped dark chocolate. Insert a popsicle stick and put your popsicles into the freezer for at least 4 hours.
Once frozen, lightly pour warm water over the outside of the popsicle mold. Pull and serve immediately.
