A quick recipe from Florence! Raw Carob Chocolate Balls, incredibly easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds
- 7 tbsp of carob flour
- 1/2 cup dates (soaked at least for 2 hours)
- pinch of cinnamon and salt
- 1/2 cup Cacao butter
- Optional: vegan protein powder
Blend the dates with a bit of water to get the date paste, add all the other ingredients and blend. Make balls with hands.
Chocolate topping
- 7 tbsp raw chocolate
- 1/2 cup Cacao butter/ or Coconut oil
Put it on medium heat and just mix together. Pour it on the balls and refrigerate!
Decorate as you please 😉
