So easy! Blend all of the ingredients with protein, I’ve used my favourite Sunwarrior Vanilla Blend together until smooth, serve in a bowl and add your preferred toppings!

- 2 Tbsp acai powder or frozen package
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup/75 g frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup/120 ml plant-based milk
- 1 scoop Sunwarrior protein blend (vanilla)
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
TOPPINGS
- 1 Tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 Tbsp blueberry powder
- 2 strawberries
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 3 Tbsp granola
