Blend together bananas, coconut oil, honey, vanilla, 3 eggs until well combined. Than into seperate bowl mix all your dry ingredients, when combined, slowly start adding your wet mixture. Pour into a prepared loaf tin or muffin tin, sprinkle with walnuts and bake at 180C for 20-30min.

- 3 eggs (or 3 chia eggs, 3 Tbsp chia seeds mixed with 9 Tbsp water. And use extra 1/2 almond milk for moisture if your not using eggs)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup walnut flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour (if you’re not gluten intolerant you can use 1 cup spelt flour)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate (optional)
