Sunwarrior* is the answer! My favourite is the Chocolate Blend and this time I didn’t just put it in my smoothie or porridge, but I’ve made the most beautiful cookies!
Heat the oven to 180 °C. In a big bowl mix all of the ingredients together (easy peasy!). You can shape cookie dough into cookies or protein bars. Bake from 10–15 minutes and when completely cooled, serve them!

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Sunwarrior Chocolate Blend (or any other plant based protein powder)
  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 3 Tbsp flaxseed meal mixed with 6 Tbsp water (instead of eggs)
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter and almond butter
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 cup 70% dark chocolate, chopped
